Portuguese manufacturer Innuos rolls out a new software update for its streaming devices.
InnuOS 2.6, released on February 1, 2024, enhances user experience with various improvements and introduces new features. This update includes Deezer integration, Tidal Max support, enhanced NAS/USB capabilities, and a beta version of multi-language support.
With the release of innuOS 2.6, users can enjoy an upgraded interface, improved navigation options, and increased access to a diverse music library. The integration of Deezer and support for Tidal Max (for Tidal HiFi Plus subscribers) expand the streaming service options, providing a richer music experience for enthusiasts and audiophiles worldwide.

Key features of the innuOS 2.6 update
Deezer integration and Tidal Max support for an extended range of streaming services.
Improved support for multiple NAS, allowing access to shared folders with faster scanning and enhanced performance.
USB drive playback capability for Innuos PULSE network players, ZEN music servers/streamers series, and the flagship STATEMENT music server/streamer.
Added format support, including native support for 32-bit WAV files encoded in floating point, and WAV/AIFF files with sampling rates higher than 384 kHz.
Enhancements to the Sense App User Experience, featuring a new A to Z slider, customizable Music View layout, and improved UI for the Now Playing screen.
Introduction of multi-language support in beta, including French, German, Simplified Chinese, and Traditional Chinese.
Users can download the innuOS 2.6 Operating System through the Innuos Sense App, available on iOS, Android, and Amazon Fire devices. The app facilitates browsing, playing, and managing local and streaming music and can be controlled via any web browser.
