Before we dive into the impressive capabilities of this exceptional ear warmer, it’s worth pointing out that the Leo is anything but a “we’ve got one too” product. Loewe didn’t simply jump on the headphone bandwagon; it developed this wireless over-ear model entirely from the ground up, with such unwavering attention to craftsmanship and design that one thing becomes immediately clear: it doesn’t just carry the Loewe name – it feels like a Loewe product in every respect.
Now for the good stuff: Like most of its contemporaries, the comfortable Leo is battery-powered and, whether you’re at home, on vacation, or on the go, it will easily outlast however long you’re likely to want to wear it. Recharging via USB-C is remarkably fast, and if the battery ever does run out completely, it can also be connected the old-fashioned way through an adapter (which plugs into the same USB-C port) to audio sources and headphone amplifiers.

But the built-in DSP is capable of far more than that: Alongside a conventional equalizer, the intelligent EQ algorithms developed by hearing specialist MiMi allow you to create “Personal Sound” presets ranging from subtle tonal adjustments to compensation for hearing loss, with an automated hearing test available directly in the app.
Entirely new is the integration of “Leo AI.” While it may sound like just another trendy buzzword, it’s genuinely useful. Through voice control, you can ask Leo everything from the circumference of the moon to using it as a built-in real-time language translator – we’re definitely living in exciting times. And let’s not forget the sound: the Leo delivers astonishing sonic impact, both in stereo and in Dolby Atmos (including Spatial Audio).
